These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Tabung999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at tabung999.cam and all associated services, software, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

4.1 Registration Process

To access Tabung999 services, you must complete the registration process, which requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. Submission of false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Tabung999 account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Tabung999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any bonus funds, and — at its sole discretion — withhold pending withdrawals pending a full compliance review.

4.3 KYC Verification

Tabung999 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) programme. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you will be required to submit:

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Tabung999 will never proactively request your password through any channel. You must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

By using the Tabung999 Platform, you agree to use all services in good faith, for lawful personal entertainment purposes only, and in full compliance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that:

• All funds deposited to your account are from legitimate sources and free from any criminal origin.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform's software or content.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• You will not engage in any conduct that interferes with the integrity of games or the experience of other players.
• You will not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a possible outcome of all gaming activities.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

Tabung999 supports deposits and withdrawals in MYR through the following approved channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed on the cashier page within your account. These limits are subject to periodic review. VIP tier members may be eligible for elevated transaction limits at Tabung999's discretion.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow and FPX. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take up to one (1) business hour depending on network conditions. Tabung999 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal where fraud or compliance concerns arise.

6.4 Currency

All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Tabung999 does not charge internal currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Any fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the account holder.

6.5 Refused Transactions

Tabung999 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or our compliance obligations.

All bonuses, promotional offers, free spins, cashback offers, and reload incentives offered by Tabung999 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. In addition, the following general bonus conditions apply at all times:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the requisite number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is capped at RM500 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

Detected abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be geographically or tier-restricted. Tabung999 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or restrict any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets and wagers placed on the Tabung999 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a technical error, server failure, or disconnection during a game, bets will be settled based on the game state recorded in the server logs at the time of the incident.
• Tabung999 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error.
• Sports betting results are determined by the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event, as recognised by the applicable governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, or the relevant EPL match commissioner).
• Tabung999 does not accept liability for any losses arising from a player misunderstanding the rules of a particular game or sport.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Tabung999 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Attempting to exploit game bugs, software errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing account restrictions or self-exclusion.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or proceeds of crime.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, jurisdiction, or any other material information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Engaging in any conduct that is threatening, abusive, or harassing toward Tabung999 staff or other players.

10.1 Suspension by Tabung999

Tabung999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) required by law, regulatory obligation, or law enforcement request; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity fraud; or (d) the account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.

10.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Tabung999 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Tabung999 may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee on dormant accounts. You will be notified prior to any dormancy charges being applied. Dormant accounts may be closed after a further period of inactivity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tabung999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated winnings.
• Losses arising from interrupted or unavailable access to the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Damages resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game performance data.

Tabung999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

All content on the Tabung999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, text, graphics, user interface layouts, software code, game engines, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Tabung999 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Tabung999.
